World Travel 2013-2014, Flying off Arthurs Seat

Our full day in Edinburgh was spent climbing up Arthur’s Seat to see the view of Edinburgh. While the view was very pretty, the winds were very strong. Very surprised that the two of us didn’t get blown off as it was very difficult to stand once you reached the top due to the wind strength.

Afterwards we spent the remaining afternoon exploring the Museum of Scotland (much more relaxed, and no gale force winds). The museum has some rather good exhibits on Scotland which were very interesting to wander through and read. Worth a visit if you have time, and entry is free.
