After a bit of a bus ride from Suzhou, we were in Shanghai!
Our first stop was the Bund to have a bit of a view of the city skyline (fortunately it was a nice clear day with beautiful blue skies) before heading off to the Shanghai Museum to spend some time wandering around it’s four floors. I felt that it was similar in a way to the Chinese Museum we went to in Taiwan… just smaller…
After that, it was back to the accommodation and due to the distance of the hotel from the city centre we decided to just relax and enjoy the rest of the evening at a slow pace.
