World Travel 2013-2014, French, and not so French Food

Well here we are again at the food post. France was a bit of an interesting place for us food wise. I found it hard to find cafes which served some of the French dishes I wanted to try which weren’t filled with tourists. We ended up cooking for ourselves a fair bit, and in general we ended up sampling a lot more of the desserts than we did savoury dishes.

That said, Takeshi was able to try the snails and I got to have the onion soup so I consider that a sign of success!
