World Travel 2013-2014, Graves and Churches in Glasgow
Our only full day in Glasgow was spent wandering around the city centre area. Unfortunately today was also the day after one of the worst foods we’d eaten in Britain (words can’t describe how bad the food looked) so I don’t think either of us woke up in the best of moods.
Glasgow city centre itself, while pretty is not particularly exiting in my opinion and is very similar to other cities we’ve visited. I enjoyed Edinburgh more, as I felt that there were more historical buildings to see, and some areas of Edinburgh just had this nice feel to the town – kind of like you were stepping back in time. Glasgow is more of a living city that a city for tourists.
